Shipping & Production Policy

When production timing begins

A production estimate begins only after we have:

• Received full payment.
• Received all required photographs, text, and instructions.
• Received your final-proof approval.
• Received a complete and valid shipping address.

Time spent waiting for customer materials, revisions, payment, or approval is not included. Before your balance payment, we will provide the production and delivery estimate applicable to your selected edition and destination. Until our launch samples and fulfillment route are approved, we do not promise an event-date delivery window. If no ship-by period is stated, we will ship within 30 days after the order is properly completed.

Delivery and delays

Standard delivery to one address in the contiguous United States is included with printed editions. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, expedited service, and split shipments are quoted before balance payment. Tracking is provided when available. Carrier delivery dates after shipment are estimates and are not guaranteed event dates, so please order early for a birthday, anniversary, holiday, or other occasion.

If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will notify you, provide a revised date when available, and offer the choice required by law to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund.

Address changes

Review the shipping address before payment and contact us immediately if it changes. We cannot guarantee an address change after submission to the printer or carrier. A replacement caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may require new production and shipping charges.

Damage, loss, and print variations

Report damage, loss, or an incorrect item within 14 days after delivery or the expected delivery date. Keep the product, packaging, and photographs until the claim is resolved. Minor differences in color, trim, alignment, paper texture, or binding can occur in print-on-demand production. Material differences from the approved proof are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Service area

The initial included-delivery area is the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may be available by individual quote. International shipping is not offered until we publish destination-specific delivery, duties, tax, and return terms.
